Harry Potter and the half blood prince

Hear i am at the beginning of hary potter and it starts with the prime minister in his office. He is the new prime minister and he is just now settling down, reading his letters. So he is reading and he thinks he saw one of the characters in a portrait on his wall move. So he shakes it off and acts like he saw nothing. Then all of a sudden he hears a horn being blown in office from that same portrait. And the little goblin says, be alert for the minister of magic (Cornielus Fudge) approches you. The prime minister couldnt belive his ears nor his eyes. So the Then fudge apperared out of the fireplace and spoke to him about voldermort.
