Lets just stop and think rationally

Rational Thought #1- "We hold these truths to be self evident: that all men are created equal" If that's not rational then I dont know what is; the puritans believed god picked out his chosen people and I dont think he said he chose us all.
Rational Thought #2- "In every stage of these opressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated violence" The Rationalist are trying to work and rationalize with the King but he just keeps attacking them becuase they Americans don't agree with him.
Rational Thought #3- "To assume among the powers of the earth the seperate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them" Wow, what a scientifc outlook. The Religious groups would have had a hay day on this one.
